Rhonda has had an exciting and fulfilling career which began with HP in 1991 at the Vancouver,
Washington site. In 2001 she transferred to Germany with HP and in 2006 she moved with her family to
Italy.
She has successfully grown and navigated through many diverse roles at HP including, Marketing,
Customer Service, Supply Chain, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing Management, Compliance &
Communications. While in Europe Rhonda has been part of EMEA Strategy & Planning organizations
responsible for Training & Development focusing on Employee & Leader Development and Career
Development. She joined Human Resources in March of 2013 as part of the worldwide Culture and
Engagement team where she was responsible for global Employee Engagement programs.
Today, Rhonda is a learning architect and master facilitator in the Global Human Resources People
Development team focusing on diversity, equity and inclusion as well as leadership development, bringing
neuroscience, emotional intelligence and growth mindset to learning experiences and career development.
She studied in London and completed her Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Washington State
University. Rhonda holds a Master's degree in Education, from Moreland University and is a certified yoga
instructor within the International Yoga Alliance.
Rhonda has American and Italian citizenship, lives in Milan, Italy and has been married to Joe (the love of
her life) since 1988, who is an international school educator and holds a doctorate in Transformational
Leadership. They have two sons, Avalon, who is a senior design strategist and lives in Portland, Oregon
and Zaven, who is an animator for Nickelodeon and lives in Milan, with his family, and not LA thanks to the
pandemic.
They are also the proud parents of three rescue cats, Babaloo, Fribble & Figalily and their most recent
rescue family member; Lula Leonetti, 4.5 year old Golden Labrador
