A fun birthday weekend. Last summer blow out, before school starts for Joe and the crazy 6 weeks of travel starts for me. I woke up on the morning of my 53rd year feeling grateful for my life, Joe, our sons - the life we have created and proud of my journey. Looking forward to what comes next Noli, Italy 30 August - 1 September 2019
I love Israel. I haven't been since January and it seems like a lifetime ago. Lori came with me - we brought her dad's ashes and went to Masada and left a little bit of Richard with Omar. Ein Gedi, perfect to be in nature and do yoga and the Dead Sea. The sea and the sky of Tel Aviv. The food. The Israelis. Love, love, love. I got to meet my smart, kind and beloved colleague face to face for the first time. Britt is also a yoga instructor and it was her birthday! I was so happy to be able to be with her and help her celebrate her amazingness. HP San Diego 24 September 2019 My pre-stop over with Avalon on my way to San Diego. The first week of my San Diego event was cancelled and I couldn't get the same flight later in the week so the best and most economical option was to stop in Portland, which gave me a chance to spend time with Avalon and Fawney Fawn Fawn. It was short and sweet. Always a gift to spend time with our oldest who lives half a world away. Plottin' for the December Graduation trip. 19 September 2019 Portland, Oregon My last day in Prague - on the road for 10 days - flight home at 6.00 PM and I get to see these handsome guys, Baci and the kitties and sleep in my own bed, I can not wait! This is my very first time in Prague. After almost 20 years in Europe. I feel a bit bad about it, but really we are not much of city vacation people, so unless work takes me to a city, I don't seek it out. I was invited to talk to one of HP's largest EMEA partners about Growth Mindset. It was fun and interesting to work with non HP people. When I was telling people I was coming to Prague, everyone. I mean everyone said: Prague is BEAUTIFUL. And it really, really is. 10-12 September 2019 Prague, Czech Republic |

I love San Diego. I love the lifestyle and also that so many of my dearest friends live there. I am so grateful that I was able to spend time with, Bronwyn and Dave (and Elly the adorable golden retriever) Stephanie and Christian and their boys Luke and Collin Regina Brittany Bronwyn would give Martha Stewart a run for her money. Truly the most thoughtful and best host. I slept like a baby and had such a relaxing and happy visit. I made the mighty ask to B to be able to do it all - I wanted to do yoga and paddle board and be on the beach and hike. And we managed to to it all. And, also we were able to just hang out and catch up in the Boyle's lovely home. The SoCal beach vibe and culture is so cool. It was fun to be there, and experience it, with locals. 20-25 September 2019 San Diego, California

We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary in Serole I am so proud of the life we have created together We sat in the warm October sun, drank champagne and listened to music (only music from our past (the 80's) that we put on our mixed cassette tapes when we were first dating). It couldn't have been more perfect 5 October 2019 There were even new baby kittens. Public service announcement: People sterilize your animals and further more don't be pretentious assholes - adopt don't shop. We have domesticated these animals and have a responsibility to care for them. There are so many kittens that need homes, and are purposely killed or die from infection, the idea of anyone actually buying a cat is unbelievable and beyond disappointing. I have been traveling since the beginning of September and caught something horrible in San Diego. Had it on our anniversary, then in Bucharest and finally in Barcelona. I am home now, still sick, until the 26th of October. I will stop in Portland on my way to Boise and then to McCall where we are having a team retreat. November-February my travel is paused or should I say to be determined based on company priorities. I love the idea of being at home. Taking swing lessons, doing yoga, just being. Happy New Year! Rosh Hashanah 2019 I don't eat flour or sugar but Joe and Zaven could enjoy my gorgeous round challah (forgot the salt, damn) and honey cake thanks to a dear friend sharing their family recipe

We went to see CAKE in Milan and I must say it was a bit odd. We LOVE them but it was sort of a low energy show. Like bouncing and humming vs. jumping up and down and singing. I loved that they used their celebrity for important political platforms. They gave away a grapefruit tree mid concert, a bit odd, Zaven keeps mentioning it - he is the frequent concert go'er so knows what 'normal concert band etiquette' is, regardless it is well intentioned. Love the photo bomber checking out Joe. few weeks. We went to Serole and a wine event called "Winearaound" I have to think something was lost in translation. Autumn, Barolo and beautiful cheese, love. 19 October 2019 Bra, Italy And of course our vacation house cat. GJ, we love him
