:: November 2019 ::
This is my colleague Britt kissin' my
head. She is a yoga practitioner as
well and we have tons in common
and I love getting to spend time
with her

Leap of faith. Climb a 30 foot pole,
harnessed in, balance on the top of
the tiny pole,  then jump and grab
the bar. I have done it before in
Tahoe, but there was a platform
which is much easier than balancing
on the pole. I welcomed an
opportunity to do it again, on that
damn pole vs. the "spacious"
platform. If I ask my students to do
it, then I better be able to do it or
at least try to do it.
Always good to do things that
scare you.
I have never been to McCall, Idaho.
My teammates and I flew into Boise
on Sunday the 27th of October and
we drove up to McCall. We stayed at
the Shore Lodge. Amazingly
beautiful location. View of
mountains and on a lake. I saw a
family of raccoons the first night,
they ran past the window when we
were having dinner and we saw deer
daily. It was FREEZING. -13 celcius
-22 celcius with the windchill. Yikes.

We practiced yoga in the mornings
before our work sessions and on
this morning, with the sun coming
up, this beauty came strolling by.

2020 adho mukha vrksasana and
padangusustha dhanurasasna
Just returned from McCall Idaho.
It was lovely to have quick stop
over in Portland. I got to see Avalon
and Fawn. And I have to say it
warmed my heart to see HOW
excited Fawney Fawn Fawn was to
see me. She went bananas. I love
her.

Portland, Oregon

On my flight from Portland to Boise,
it was clear and I could see the PNW
Cascade Mountains; Rainier, St.
Helens, Adams and Hood
CONGRATULATIONS
Dr. Joseph Leonetti.
Ed.D
From this day forward he is Joe
the Doctor (at his request ;))
4 years of long long long hours
and so much hard work. Getting
your doctorate while working full
time, with a family and an active
life is a major, HUGE
accomplishment.
We were able to book a very
last minute trip to Portland for
the commencement at
Concordia on December 14th.

Celebrating, and being extra
thankful, with lovely November
sun and views. Even Baci, who
is knocking on death's door
managed to join us. Of course
Zaven was there but photo
allusive.

And looking forward to
celebrating in Portland, with
Avalon, in a few weeks!

Very, very, very thankful
