| My last trip to the States. I know. I know never say never. Not in the foreseeable future. Avalon and I wanted to escape Portland and visit Seattle, which would allow me to catch up with a few old friends and visit some of my favorite old haunts As always, I loved spending time with Avalon. It's always precious and I am getting better about not crying when I leave. Or he leaves. Portland Uber drivers are very thankful. Portland, Seattle, Tahoe 7-15 September PS loved these sunglasses - lost (stolen?) on that trip (sad face) October: I head to Singapore and arrive home on the 5th, our 30th - we will celebrate it in Florence November: Zaven's 21st birthday, the Truffle Festival -Nice, France December: Singapore - Avalon will be spending the holidays in Portland - we will be missing him but totally get having a year off from hectic family holiday's can be beneficial January : Israel with Lori of course I loved catching up, long over due, with Dean and meeting his partner Greg. He would always make me laugh and giggle and it was like 30 years hadn't passed. We wanted to recreate the fun & darling photos of our youth. The re-creation didn't pan out and we looked like we were wrestling And our friend Jim, from Clark College and PHS days, and his partner, met us for wine, 5 green beans and gossip |
