| . We had such a lovely white week. We love Grindelwald & the Jungfrau region! The skiing is amazing - lovely wide runs where you can carve and be surrounded by amazing views. We went night sledding and snowshoeing. Cheese and Swiss wine. Coming up: Bracknell for work and I get to see Kerry, hooray! And Sofia, Bulgaria for work again. | . Night sledding and fondue. The best of our cumulative 3 night sledding experiences over the years. We rented the sleds in town and then took the train up, sled down, take the train up, sled down...it was crazy and fast and fun. And then we had Swiss wine and fondue! |

| . We are getting ready to rip the roof off the vacation house and on one of our "meet with the builder" visits we decided to swing into Acqui Terme. It's about 30 minutes from the vacation house but we are always hell bent to get there we usually just blow through. This time I did a little research - found the enoteca where we met the nicest (not a snob) sommelier who let us taste 4 types of local wines. Loved it. Then the other jack pot was finding a place (BeVino :: Wine & Cheese Bar) solely dedicated to wine and cheese. Which has been a main quest of mine in recent years.
