Happy New Year! Buon Anno! The boys are still in America - they are having a great time, enjoying seeing our families and friends and visiting Portland. We spent New Years Eve at the vacay house and New Years Day at Prato Nevoso - I love this little resort, it really was a perfect start to the new year. Pioneer Courthouse Square, Portland Oregon. I am grateful to be home most of February - but we do have our annual ski vacay planned - this year Interlaken, Switzerland - skiing, night sledding and fondue - yahoo. Zaven will be visiting Annecy, France for an International School film festival - very exciting. Then, for me, London for work and I get to see Kerry...then Sweden, then...? 3 February |

What a special day spent with my mom and aunts. We took Max downtown - it was VERY VERY VERY cold for Portland. We had a fabulous (truly the best in America -not in Mexico) Mexican lunch @ Santeria - where, if you need to use the restroom, you need to go into Mary's Lounge...a topless bar.
