The Leonetti Family - Maggio 2013
The American School of Milan vs. Sir James
Henderson of Milan - cross country event.
Joe and I were asked to be track stewards - we
had to go hang out along the path to make
sure kids went the right way vs not ending up in
the middle of a rice paddy in Pavia. Joe looked
cute, but I was wearing high shoes and all the
random people out running thought I was a
'tute.

Zaven came in 4th!!!

Lastlastlast minute work trip to London on
Wednesday and Avalon's 24th birthday!!!

Singapore on the 24th of May and London
again on the 4th of June.

5 maggio 2013
Because my trip to London was SO
last minute, the group who asked me
to come facilitate gave me the
TOTAL princess treatment, which
wasn't difficult considering the venue.

The Cliveden House
The view from my suite. The weather
was crap but it was still beautiful.

The grounds and facility are amazing
- it reminded me of Versailles, and of
course it has a very rich English
history.
The Cliveden House has the BEST
customer service. "Ms. do your feet
hurt, please sit down and let me rub
them...I can carry you to your room."

I do love my work very much and am
so grateful I can have experiences
like this.

Next stop Singapore.
I Googled The Cliveden House and
they did say that there were ghosts
from the Astor Family. I asked the
staff and they said quietly, "Yes there
are ghosts. But not in your particular
room." #wtf

Cross Country Tournament

American School of Milan

There were 5 International
Schools attending. All the kids
looked like 'kids' then the
German school showed up -
looking like 35 year olds, hairy,
developed, strong....needless
to say they stomped - taking
1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Regardelss of the Germans,
Zaven did great!

Zaven is running for 10th

Singapore
24-28 May

It was my first time to Singapore.
What a lovely city. The people are
just beautiful, warm and friendly. The
city is clean, safe, well planned and
full of gardens and trees.BUT the
heat and humidity is crazy. I don't
know how people manage their hair.

The session I facilitated went really
well - I was super pleased with the
results.

I am home now, exhausted from the
long flights - Singapore to Doha -
Doha to Milan.

Next business trip London at the end
of June.

But before that Joe's annual birthday
rifugio trek - can't wait!

I met up and went site seeing with my
HP friend Alex, she showed me all the
major landmarks. Loved it!

Right: The Merlion lion statue which
represents Singapore's original name
Singapura.
Right: Marina Bay Sands Hotel is
amazing. When you swim in the pool
(which is on the top ship like floor
which spans the three towers of the
hotel)  it is like swimming in the sky.
Dragon Fruit -
Durian Fruit - Spicy
Crab (not pictured) I
loved all the fruit
and the ethnic food.
I visited Little India. Right:  flower
garlands to give the Gods on Sunday.

Below right: Indian Temple, no shoes
and lots of cows.
China Town was super interesting.
The taxi driver said I needed to try
the "Flog porridge," Um, no thanks, I
think frogs are becoming a bit
endangered, so me eating them isn't
helping.
One huge highlight was going to my
friends,Axel and Monika,  for dinner.
Axel was my manager in Germany.
Right is the view from their balcony
on Sentosa Island. Loved seeing
them!I
