Too Many Fests, too little time

Fiera di Tartufo - our annual trek, but this time Joe organized a bus and a winery tour for his
colleagues also.

Nothing but sun and clear skies - having a gorgeous Autumn

Franco Molinaro Winery ~ La Morra, Italia -
super nice owners but did not love their wine
- I suspect because they export it to DE & CH
there are a lot of sulfites which I could
taste...or I just didn't like it

have some
amazing ravioli
which reminded
me of the
Pumpkin Ravioli
from Pazzo's in
Portland
