You can see me on the ladder, the sign to my right - is to pay respect to a 26 year old who fell right there and died. Nice.
To provide some perspective of how big the drop off is because these pictures don't do it justice... if I looked over my right shoulder I would see Joe below (as you see below) going across that tiny ledge, not even a ledge, just metal things stuck into the rock, to put your feet and that plastic covered chain - for easy hand slipping. Funny how confident you feel with a harness and climbing shoes. |
