| Grapes. Uve. Grapes. UveThe grape harvest - Paolo's dolcetto grapes Yes, he had to stop en route to check on Joe's progress (below). We were laughing because Franco swung by to give us a basket of grapes, then Paolo, then we just saw random people walking around with grapes in their hands....besides dolcetto, Paolo grows barbera and moscato (my favorite). The weird thing is that the grapes taste like the wine - I had it in my head that wine grapes were bitter and gross...I was wrong. |

| Joe's really big hole (right) to fix the small leak and the picture on the left of Paolo and Guillermo is staged, Gui said, "Rhonda here take our picture." and they picked up the shovels... - because those guys, between harvesting grapes were just side lining and telling Joe how he should do it, ..."Joe you need to rip up your floor, but make sure you measure first." |
